Founder-minded.

We think in terms of runway, speed, and leverage. Product and engineering decisions stay tied to business outcomes, not just ticket closure.

AI-native.

AI helps us accelerate research, prototyping, and delivery. Our strong technical judgment keeps the work reliable, scalable, and ready for production.

Technical judgment.

Great engineering is more than shipping code. We bring strong architecture decisions, product instinct, and the depth to make hard technical tradeoffs well.

What does working together usually look like?
Most projects start with a conversation about what you are building, what is already clear, and where things feel stuck. From there, the work usually becomes a mix of product thinking, technical decisions, and building the parts that matter first without adding more process than the project needs.
What if my product is already 80% vibe coded?
That is usually fine. Tools like Lovable, Claude Code, Bolt, v0, Replit, and other AI builders can help you get something working quickly, but they can also leave behind messy logic, repeated code, and parts that are hard to change later. The first step is to look at what is already there, keep what is useful, and clean up the parts that will cause problems.
Can you work with an existing product or codebase?
Yes. A lot of projects start with something that already exists: an early MVP, an internal tool, or a product that has become harder to work on over time. In those cases, the first job is to understand what is solid, what is fragile, and what should change before adding more on top.
How do you use AI in the build process?
Mostly as a tool to move faster. It can help with exploration, repetitive implementation work, and small internal tools, but it does not replace clear thinking or good engineering. If AI helps the work go faster or makes the product better, we use it. If it adds noise, we leave it out.
What happens after the MVP ships?
After launch, the work usually gets simpler: fix what feels rough, learn from real usage, and keep improving the product step by step. That is usually when better decisions can be made, because there is something real in people’s hands.
