The challenge
Hiring teams often rely on inconsistent interviews, scattered notes, and subjective impressions. Hiringflow needed to turn that process into a clear system without making interviewers feel constrained.
What we built
The final product brings the hiring process into one flow: teams define vacancies, customize interview templates, move candidates through each stage, run guided sessions, and review scorecards that make evaluations easier to compare.
